Excellent optics! Especially at F/7 stars are perfect.
Drawbacks:
- maybe a bit on the heavy side, if not used stationary in an observatory (approx. 12_13 kg, without anything added
- the hood on the font moves awkward, and is also fixated in a bizar way. You would expect smooth velvet sliding: it’s not! It’s even hard to fix it in a decent position.
- Focusser is ok, but when the drawtube is stretched almost to the end, an electronic focusser like the Pegasus Cube 2 starts having issues with it.
