Hoegaarden Astronomy & Photography
As a yearly event, this meeting brings astronomy amateur from across the country together. With the celebration of 80 years VVS, the participants got treated with the planetarium (Cosmodrome) show of ´Pink Floyd, The Dark side of the Moon´.
This is an old (late ’80) drawing I made for astronomy events. You can recognise the iconic Leuven city hall and also the St.-Peter’s church in Leuven city centre. The view more or less matches the view I had from my student’ room (‘kot’) in de Wandelingestraat.
